"Day-At-A-Time is a full service adult day health care program that provides the cognitively impaired and physically frail with a variety of recreational and therapeutic activities. Participation can range from two to five days per week. A continental breakfast, hot lunch and snacks are provided each day, with special attention to dietary requirements. Located in Schervier Pavilion, the Day-At-A-Time program offers respite for caregivers. Our professional staff fives your loved one a chance to enjoy stimulating therapeutic activities in a positive social environment. From 9 am to 4 pm, our participants enjoy lively and beneficial programs such as exercise, art, music, gardening, and pet therapy. All activities are structured and tailored to meet an individuals needs and abilities. Caregivers also have access to our special support groups, including an Alzheimer's Support Group, led by members of the Alzheimer's Association. Information and referral counseling services provided by Schervier Pavilion's professional staff. With Day-At-A-Time you have the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your love one is safe and secure and his or her special needs are being met."

"Supportive nutrition, health, and other support services related to social and physical wellbeing are available to help safely maintain older people in their homes and provide assistance to their caregivers. Trained staff answer caregiverís questions, help in identification of specific issues/needs and link individuals to appropriate public and private programs, which address those issues/needs. Direct and indirect support services include but are not limited to: home delivery meals, caregiver support groups and education, information and referral, transportation, in-home non-medical personnel care, limited legal assistance, Alzheimerís specific care and insurance counseling."
