"Day-At-A-Time is a full service adult day health care program that provides the cognitively impaired and physically frail with a variety of recreational and therapeutic activities. Participation can range from two to five days per week. A continental breakfast, hot lunch and snacks are provided each day, with special attention to dietary requirements. Located in Schervier Pavilion, the Day-At-A-Time program offers respite for caregivers. Our professional staff fives your loved one a chance to enjoy stimulating therapeutic activities in a positive social environment. From 9 am to 4 pm, our participants enjoy lively and beneficial programs such as exercise, art, music, gardening, and pet therapy. All activities are structured and tailored to meet an individuals needs and abilities. Caregivers also have access to our special support groups, including an Alzheimer's Support Group, led by members of the Alzheimer's Association. Information and referral counseling services provided by Schervier Pavilion's professional staff. With Day-At-A-Time you have the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your love one is safe and secure and his or her special needs are being met."

It is a multi-purpose center where adults (ages 18+) experiencing psychiatric and/or emotional distress can go to receive help on a 24/7/365 basis. Guests will determine lengths of stay, varying from 1-5 days, with a possible 2-day extension. The Rose House in Orange and Ulster Counties contains 4 beds and is open for self referrals by phone on a 24 hour basis."
