Technical Considerations:
Some documents are plain text, while others can be specially formatted Microsoft Word (.doc) files, which can usually be opened in the Windows Word Pad word processor that comes with most personal computers.

Linux and Apple users can use Open Office to view documents, or you can select another document format to download if alternative choices are available.
