The New York State Job Bank is the Labor Department's main source for job postings and job seeker resumes. It includes over 85,000 job listings that cover a wide array of industries; and contains numerous job seeker resumes that businesses can review to find the ideal candidate for their openings.

Job seekers who use the New York State Job Bank can review thousands of open positions for free. Area businesses can read your resume, and you can get help to find a good job match for your skills from Labor Department staff.

This database can be accessed anywhere by anyone who has access to the Internet.

Tips & Special Features:

Please allow yourself plenty of time to complete an online job application. Some applications can take up to an hour to complete. Please keep this in mind if you are using a time-limited public Internet computer.
