As we are part of the Ramapo Catskill Library System, we may at times need to refer your technical or library account-related problems to the RCLS system headquarters to address any issues resolvable only at that facility, where library accounts for all member libraries are physically maintained.

Thrall.org does not send unsolicited e-mail. All Thrall e-mail-related services, such as our book discussion list, are available only if you choose to subscribe to them.

E-mail notifications of library items reserved and overdue fines are transmitted from the Ramapo Catskill Library System headquarters, which sends out such notices on behalf of all member libraries.

Middletown Thrall Library cannot make any claims, representations, or assurances whatsoever about the privacy policies of remote websites.
