In response to the current public health threat and following the lead of the Enlarged City of Middletown School District, Middletown Thrall Library will remain closed to the public until March 30, 2020. The Library will reopen as soon as the Enlarged City of Middletown School District resumes classes at their facilities. No fines will accrue on library materials, so you may return them when we reopen. Updates will be posted here and via social media at Facebook.
