A.  Mr. Bell, President, opened the meeting at 5:10pm.

B.  Minutes
     Mrs. Sciucco moved for adoption of the minutes of the December 9, 2020 meeting with a 
     correction.  Ms. Lange seconded.  
		Ayes:  Bell, Berkowitz, Lange, Crown, Sciucco, Amelio, Smith - (7)
		Noes:  None

minutes.

H.   Committee Reports 
Building & Grounds: Repairs to the sprinkler system will require two entry points to the 
crawlspace above the circulation desk.  Our Head custodian will install two access points 
in advance of the repair.

We await a date for necessary repairs to the Library's roof to be completed.  We suspect 
this will be in the spring.

Following the retirement of our Head of Reference and in order to comply with COVID 
19 safety protocols, several full time clerical and professional staff members will be 
shifting office space over the coming months.  This will require some light construction 
of space separators in office spaces.  Work is being completed to facility these moves.

We have noticed a decrease in the amount of squirrel activity in the roof.  Repairs are
continuing.

The flag pole was fixed.

A plumber has been notified that we have a crack in a drain on the second floor.      

Our exterminators have notified us that we are not currently experiencing any insect 
infestation issues.

The Board needs to read and sign the Conflict of Interest Policy and return it to the 
Director's Office.

Mr. Berkowitz moved to adjourn the meeting at 5:55pm.  Mrs. Sciucco seconded.
