H. Committee Reports
Building & Grounds: On 2-8-2022 our boilers were inspected by an engineer who will
report back to the insurance carriers regarding possible installation flaws. The materials
needed to complete the repair of the system have arrived at our HVAC service contractor.
I will schedule the repairs after I have heard back from insurance carriers and consulted
with our Board. We continue to drain the condensation lines for the gas boiler system. So
far the system is operating without interruption.

Both of our HVAC contractors have experienced delays in creating inspection reports of our
HVAC system. One contractor has sited, “Trying to get projects out to bid and dealing with
extreme lead times on equipment and material.” The other contractor had a health issue
which precluded him from coming into the building. I have emphasized to both the importance
of getting these reports to us as soon as possible.

Furniture for phase one of the first-floor remodel has been ordered and should arrive prior
to the end of April 2022.

Our exterminating contractor has informed us that we are not currently experiencing any
infestation issues.
