Building & Grounds: The installation of the remaining phones took place on
Tuesday, February 7, 2023. All phones should be up and running by the end of business
that day.

Still waiting for a start date for the first floor bathroom sink installation project.
Installation was scheduled to take place last week but was postponed by the contractor.
I expect the installation to take place in the next several days.

Cleaning of the Library's HVAC ducts was conducted on Sunday, January 22, 2023 and
Sunday, January 29, 2023. The work has been completed.

Service calls were placed to our HVAC maintenance company for repairs of equipment
attached to our boilers. These issues have been addressed and the system is up and
running.

Our Head Custodian has installed a shield over the seam in the skylight that appears to
have fixed the problem of water leaking through into the building.

Our exterminating contractor has notified us that we are not experiencing any infestation
