I. Call to Order
Mr. Carl Berkowitz, President, opened the meeting at 7:28pm and led the pledge to the
flag.

II. Roll Call

Mrs. Rosa Boyd, Treasurer
Mrs. Joan Hutchinson
Ms. Eileen Connelly
Mr. Kevin J. Gallagher, Director

Absent
Ms. Marlena Lange, Secretary (excused)
Ms. Sally Taylor (excused)

III. Old Business
Mr. Bell moved to go into executive session at 7:30pm to discuss contract negotiations and
personnel matters. Ms. Connelly seconded.

Ayes: Berkowitz, Bell, Hutchinson, Boyd, Connelly – 5
Noes: None
Motion declared approved. (7/28/04 – 52)

The Board returned from executive session at 9:09pm.

VI. Adjournment
Mrs. Boyd moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:10pm. Mrs. Hutchinson seconded.

Noes: None
