	Ms. Lange moved for adoption of the minutes of the October 3, 2018 meeting.  Ms.

C. Visitor Comments/Staff Report
	Mrs. Barretta explained that there are several transfers and amendments with the goal of 
	filling the gap in the budget created by the $252,000 boiler replacement project.

	Mr. Berkowitz moved that the regular monthly disbursements for October, 2018 in the 
	amount of $235,923.77 having been audited by Rosa Boyd and found to be 
	correct, be approved.  Mrs. Sciucco seconded.

	Building & Grounds: Substantial work has been done on the new boiler installation and 
	we expect the project to be completed shortly.

	Work has begun on the rerouting of the Library's surveillance equipment to the new 
	Security Office.  We expect work to be completed in the next couple of weeks.

	Our exterminating contractor has informed us that we are not experiencing any 
	infestation issues in the building.

	Mr. Berkowitz moved to accept the 2019 RCLS Budget as presented.  Mrs. Crown 
	seconded.

	Discussion was held on the Bulletin Board Usage Policy.
	
	Mrs. Crown moved to accept the 2019 Board of Trustees Meeting Schedule.  Mrs.	  
	Sciucco seconded.

	Mr. Berkowitz moved to approve the 2019 staff salaries.  Mrs. Crown seconded.

	Ms. Lange moved to go into executive session at 5:49pm to discuss employment history of 
	a particular individual.  Mrs. Crown seconded.

	The Board returned from executive session at 6:08pm.

	The Board is tabling the executive salaries vote for the December meeting.
