Carpet Bag Factory (1868), now Ayres & Galloway Hardware, North Street. It was erected in 1843 as a warehouse (North St. and Roberts St.). In late 1852, it was sold to Matthews & Hunt, makers of carpet bags. In 1908 it was sold by the Matthews family to Ayres & Galloway Hardware.
