If you cannot find certain federal tax forms at the library, we have reproducible forms at .20 per photocopied page. For more information on state and federal forms available at the library, please call (914) 341-5454.

You may also download forms directly from the IRS site. You will likely need a certain piece of software to read tax forms downloaded from the IRS website. That software is called Adobe Acrobat Reader, and it is available for free at the Adobe site. To go to that site, click here.
