On the second floor we have a research room where one can browse thru our many items and old newspapers. The Town and Village Historian's Office is located in the Village Hall Building, Main Street, Highland Falls. The Historian is Mrs. Stella Bailey and hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12. School groups can visit by appointment by calling the above number.
