Advanced Concept: Address BooksAs you find yourself regularly writing back and forth to a person or group of people, you might want to take advantage of a convenience available in most e-mail programs - specifically a feature called the Address Book. An address book allows you to keep a personal list of frequently used e-mail addresses. After entering the e-mail addresses of people you write to, the next time you click COMPOSE you should be able to write to users listed in the address book. Address books are optional, but they can save you from typing a person's e-mail address every time you want to contact them. |
